From family roots to future developments, Noelle Garrity founded COAST Development as a tribute to her late father and his decades of success in the Gulf Coast real estate market as A1 Development.
Noelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and has built her career managing high-profile, multi-million-dollar projects throughout the metro Atlanta area and beyond. After more than a decade leading complex commercial construction projects across the Southeast, she is bring her expertise, leadership and vision to real estate development and acquisitions.
With expertise in cost estimating, design coordination, contract negotiations, project engineering, and construction management, Noelle's well-rounded perspective complements the real estate development industry.
